Welcome to the OCPO Data Upload Tool for the South African government.
The Data Upload Tool is a web-based solution that enables government institutions to submit consistent, reliable and high-quality procurement data to National Treasury in line with the Open Contracting Data Standard. The tool aims to achieve the following:
- Make the process of submitting procurement spending data to the National Treasury more user-friendly for public institutions;
- Ensure the data from all public institutions has a common structure therefore, making it possible to analyse aggregated data from multiple government sources;
- Improve the efficiency of the process, by reducing the risks of incomplete data and providing a record of who has submitted data.
